I do hope that everybody is able to stay home and off the roads. However, if you are a part of the workforce that is considered essential or you need to leave your home for necessary supplies or food, we want to give you a few tips as to what to do if you are involved in an accident.
If you are involved in an accident during this pandemic, don't feel like you can't call the police. You still have rights if you are involved in an accident that was not your fault. So most importantly, make sure you call the police.
As always, make sure to take photos of all the vehicles involved in the accident - yours and the person who was at fault for the accident.
If you need medical attention immediately then of course, go to the hospital. If not, you can always us and we can make sure that you consult with a doctor in an electronic format that is HIPPA approved.
We also work with pharmacies who can deliver medication to your home if necessary, and other medical professionals who can provide you with an at-home treatment plan or who can provide in-home therapy.
And of course, as far as the legal side of things, we will handle all of that.
The main takeaway here is that we want you to know that you have options in case you are involved in an accident during this pandemic.
If you ever have any questions or concerns, you can call or text us anytime.
